As CEO, BETH HUTSON is an agent and branded content producer with a passion for crafting authentic brand stories and visual identity packages for companies, subject matter experts and entertainment properties. Her efforts have been the catalyst to establish brands and personalities and help secure millions of dollars in publicity, contracts and revenues.

As President of PhotographyBRIAN HUTSON captures extraordinary images reflecting the unique styles and needs of each client. He brings an artful eye into each of his images, and has experience in shooting: beauty & fashion, architecture, celebrities, food, interior design, landscapes, corporate, lifestyle and more. His work has been published nationally, including: USA Today, The New York Times, Food Network, ELLE Decor, various magazine covers, books, billboards, catalogs and advertising campaigns.

As Communications Director, HEATHER HUGHSTON leverages each client's strengths and utilizes relevant news angles to garner media interest. She writes news releases and coordinates coverage for clients in a variety of media outlets. Additionally, she researches, develops, and plans engaging content for social media. By maintaining a firm grasp on clients' goals, she assists in furthering their success. 

As Communications ManagerHAYLEY GIRARD manages and grows communities on various social media platforms, building strong connections with brands’ target audiences. She develops engaging, visual social media content, plans editorial calendars and makes online advertising recommendations—all backed with targeted strategies. She actively listens to brands’ online conversations and responds to customer feedback in real time. Additionally, she collaborates with the PR team to integrate important initiatives into the social space, increasing exposure.

As Creative DirectorJUSTIN BURKS designs visually-stimulating graphic artwork. He can design everything from logos, websites, promotional collateral and social media applications to art prints, stationary, product packaging and more. As a graphic designer with a background in both art and visual communications, he approaches textures, illustrations, typography and color palettes as an artist with a marketing mind.

As Assistant Creative Director, EMILY BROWN is passionate about graphic design in all its various facets. She enjoys working with clients to develop comprehensive and consistent visual identity systems that reflect the unique needs of each client.

As Director of Video Production, ERIK CLAPP brings over twenty years of storytelling experience from writing and producing to shooting, editing and managing budgets. He has produced hundreds of videos for clients such as DFW Airport, E!, NBA, NBC, Petco, Firestone & Robertson Distilling, TCU and more.

As Producer/Editor, COLEMAN ANDERSON has over eight years of agency experience including commercials, corporate documentaries and online videos. Coleman has helped create successful campaigns for clients including: Firestone, Nissan, Waterside, Crockett Row and Dickie’s BBQ.
